Trooping the Colour 2008: 1st Bn Welsh Guards - C

The Regimental Sergeant Major's pace stick is returned. As the Guards have now formed up, the Field Officer reports to The Queen: "Your Majesty's Guards are ready to march off, Ma'am".
When the Garrison Sergeant Major, London District gives the signal that the Mall is clear, The Queen rides back to Buckingham Palace at the head of Her Guards.

(After enjoying the whole Parade on the BBC, they were still broadcasting it on Germany's ARD, so I managed to film the last part of the Ceremony.)

I had the Honour of trooping for the Queen Mum many years ago,, What a ceremony that is. Goes back many years to when they went past all troops with the standard so they knew thier battle lines etc
