This Workout is Abs to Zen's Intermediate Body Sculpt with professional trainer Natalie Jill. This is Phase 1 of 3 of the body sculpt workout program, the first and easiest part of this exercise series. This workout is designed so it can be done alone, at anytime or along with the other parts.
This Body Sculpt workout program starts off with a Dynamic Warm-up, then goes into Lower Body exercises working the legs & butt. Next are exercises for the Core & Upper Abs, then the Upper Body (Shoulders, Arms, Cardio), and last is the Cool Down.
For this workout, although not required, all you need is a fitness mat and a pair of dumbbells.
Try this workout 3 days a week on non-consecutive days, like mon/wed/fri or tues/thus/sat. When ready step up phase 2.
