Make your own tooth paste SHTF

READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION:

Things you will need:
1/2 Cup of Baking Soda
1/4 Cup of Hydrogen Peroxide

How to do it:
Step 1. Add Baking Soda into a bowl
Step 2. Add Hydrogen Peroxide into bowl and mix both ingredients until a paste is formed
Step 3. Brush your teeth ;-)

Things to know:
If your mixture is "watery", add a small amount of baking soda... If your mixture is too thick, add a small amount of hydrogen peroxide until the desired consistency is achieved..

NOTE: If you SWALLOW a good bit of hydrogen peroxide, it will cause you to vomit! So treat this as tooth paste and rinse it completely from your mouth.

The health of your mouth is very important! It's an indicator of the health of the rest of your body! Think about your favorite meth addicts mouth. Also can use salt, baking soda and water to clean out the sinuses and nasal passages to combat upper respiratory infections! This is a great video Randall! THANKS and God Bless!

One must use Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide if they are going to ingest it.

You could make it in small quantities and put it in a small pump dispense bottle and leave it in the bathroom.

you also might want to get yourself a bottle of mouthwash with floride and use that at least three times a weak to keep your teeth hard, and kill off the cavity creeps.
