You are welcome. I'm recent vegan after years of veggie, and I'm really happy I have. Its great to have long term vegans looking as healthy as you, as I get annoyed when people say 'I had to stop eating vegan, it was making me unhealthy'. I always suspect they are not eating a well researched vegan diet, and therefore giving veganism (or humaneism as I call it) a bad reputation. So the next person who tells me I'll get ill...I'm sending to your channel as proof..lol! Thanks again, subscribed.
