Thanks for posting this! Detailers knocked the mirror loose and this helped me see how to put it back. Do you have videos of how to put your W211 back together? It's really hard to reverse the step of yanking the mirror loose. I put the mirror back nearly in place with one of the spring-loaded pins in place. Then I used a screw driver to take a little tension off the spring to get the other pin in. Do you have a better way? Thanks again!
