I'm from Australia, I've heard some American radio stations and I have to admit your radio advertising sounds funny to listen to, very different compared to the radio advertising from OZ, I remember when I played GTA, I listened to the radio stations and I thought that Rockstar Games was making fun of American radio advertising but when I hear the real American radio advertising with my internet radio it sounds the same :D lol

Does anyone know if there are any cars that have USB ports so you can connect your external hard drive and play all your music off that?

@NoLMAOnade yeah. if you want it anywhere, you can use your cell phone, iphone anywhere. u can do it anywhere your service provider covers.

Technically its limited by the cassette player's audio quality. A direct line input, available on newer cars would provide better quality. But it wouldn't be worth getting a whole new car radio just for that.
