Offstage London -- Performing The Journey

A journey is not merely a way from A to B. It's a chance for exploration, for new experiences, for learning about your surroundings. There are so many opportunities for engagement. Next time you pop to your local shop, I urge you to consider these instructions to make your trip just a little more fun:

If there is a window look through it.
If there is a bin look inside it.
Try not to step on the cracks in the pavement.
If you see a tree feel the texture of the bark.
If there is a lamp post swing on it.
If there is a wall walk on it.
If there is a bench sit on it for a few moments and watch people go by.
If there are railings run your hand over them.
If there is a puddle jump in it.
Be aware of the physical boundaries of the space in which you inhabit.
