Sorrry for the bad quality, didn't turn out how I wanted it. Anyways, I hadn't done a video in a while so I thought I should upload some gameplay from my new computer.
Specifications:
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 250
CPU COOLER: AMD Stock
GPU: EVGA GTS 250 (Stock clocks)
RAM: 2 GB Corsair DOMINATOR DDR3
MOTHERBOARD: Asus M4A78LT-M
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Crysis was playing at a solid 40 FPS without fraps running
While it was running fraps lowered the framerate to an average of about 26 or so.
All settings on high.

Too late, I went over to a ati radeon HD 5770 and put the res to maximum that my screen can handle (1280 by 1024) and AA on 0 because Crysis seems like the only game I've played that seems to not become more visually appealing with AA on. And it gives you lots more FPS without AA.
So everything on very high with a 5770 and a phenom ii x4 955. 4GB DDR3 RAM.
I get around 30 to 40 FPS on very high and 50+ on high.

What resolution are you playing at because it can't be very high if you are getting 40 FPS.

@Edge0fPain 2 PCIe 2.0 slots are not necessary to run one GTS 450.
