basically they are just tryinging to phase out the oldest airplanes in their fleet. the oldest is 737-300 which will be replaced. they are weired if you ask me. but i like new planes. a majority of their fleet is 737-800

well they have only 737-600 and up and they are one of the launch customers for the 787s. and they keep ranting about how to save fuel so they can buy new planes.

Cancun Airport has jetways. When I flew on America West back in 2005, my flight parked at a gate. You probably had to use air stairs because all other gates were occupied at the time.

Yes, I parked at a gate on arrival, but the four times I've been here I've never been on a departing flight that has a jetway.
