We were attempting to structure our scripts to get the most information with a limited use understanding of selling. What we discovered was that the questions lead us to other questions and basicly you can use your customers to write the scripts. Start out wit easy to answer open questions. Use the answers you acheive as your next questions so that you are both repeating what you have heard and that you probe deeper into the former anwser. What should happen is that with only a half dozzen question you can talk with a customer for hours and end up with a really good understanding of them and their needs...
