  • why is the tail on that thing shaped like a dildo?

  • makes my stomach turn... Where can I get one!

  • looks good separation is the way to go will try it

  • Ha, a plunger! Clever! I own a cupping tool and was using it to work on IT band restrictions on a friend the other day.. but a plunger would work just as well! And it's a bigger surface area, which is nice. I like how you get underneath the IT band to help separate it from the deeper tissues. I didn't get in there like that, but I will remember this technique next time.

  • Wow! Great techniue!! I have a client that has a ton of IT band issues and this looks like it's worth a shot! Thanks for the post!

  • That looks so painful!!!!!

  • Special suction cup?

  • this is like sliding cupping. I use it all the time!

  • If this truly works, then you ARE a genius.
