More evidence that this man has a highly inflated regard for the effectiveness of rhetoric to bring about so called "change". There is no such thing as a government program which effectively "shrinks demand" in the way which he professes. People in a free nation will inevitably have their desires, as it is much the reason that despite massive campaigns against smoking, it remains one of the most profitable industries in the world. Legalization and regulation could cut our losses over night.
