Some recent news. Take it with a pinch of salt. However, the U.S and the U.N have submitted they are "looking into the alleged war crimes in Burma" (Roughly quoted). The usage of the word "alleged" by them is, in my opinion, rather insulting and offensive considering the countless documented war crimes.

40+ years of tyrany and oppression. Lately the Junta is killing protestors including Monks in the thousands.  They are also using mass crematoriums to dispose of the bodies whilst some still remain alive - Sound familiar? circa 1940's Nazi's...

Burmese do not recognize ethnic people as one of them but enemy. Like the situatio happen with Indians in America, millions were killed.

In the 1990s China became Burma's most important trading partner, providing more than $2 Billion worth of weapons and military equipment, including Tanks, Armored pesonnel carriers, artillery pieces such as Howizers, anti-Tank guns, anti-Aircraft guns, some sold at below market prices.

China have not joined International Criminal Court(ICC)-A permanent tribunal to prosecute individuals for Genocide, Crime against humanity, War crime. China does not recognize the "Rome Stature".
