THIS YEAR I came back to Japan to spend my summer training with local Tracers in Tokyo, travel and meet old friends all over Japan.

I WAS AMAZED by the ambition of many athletes there and had a good training with these incredibly friendly people.

THIS VIDEO shows only a tiny part of my training in Tokyo, because we spent most of the time doing conditioning exercises and repetitions of techniques.

I DO NOT seek to do extreme jumps which probably amaze most of the Parkour community.

WHAT I SEE are paths - not single obstacles...

THE ULTIMATE GOAL of my training is thus to be able to move in a fully controlled way while being constantly in the mental state of FLOW.

I'm not amazed by huge and extrem jumps, and this video is absolutely great in my point of view ! Wonderfull flow, powerful sdc, loved it, the years of real training have paid ! keep it up !
