Thank you for posting this! I've been looking for it since I saw him explain it on the white board. It's frightening when you can see it and understand it! It's clearly a move to socialism. Americans need to wake up and understand what is happening to our country under Obama. This is NOT what our Founding Fathers intended. People, rise up and take your country back! "Czars" have been used for nearly 100 years by every president, including Regan, and both Bushes. theres nothing wrong with it, and people need to get over themselves.
