Pastor Peter peters interviews Bart Sibrel Director of the film "A funny thing happened on the way to the moon" aired on short wave radio scripturs for america brodcast. 06/03/08 www.scripturesforamerica.com Q: How could such a secret be kept from the world with so many people involved? (Didn't NASA have tens of thousands of people working on the Apollo project?) A: This is the same logical question I asked before I did any research. Yet after having done eight years of investigation, I discovered that, in fact, very few people were involved in the actual faking. NASA, indeed, did have tens of thousands of people working constructing the nuts and bolts of the project. One team worked on the spacecraft hatch, another on the astronaut's boot, yet none of them saw an overview of the entire project, only those at the very top of the bureaucratic pyramid. All of those NASA guys at the computer consoles that you saw prior to the launch were receiving the exact same information as their colleagues sitting beside them, which was fed to all of them by a simulation computer program. If you look at the footage ten seconds prior to launch, they are all kicked back watching television, just like the rest of us. Apollo astronauts from later or previous missions were the ones at the real consoles. We know from the newly discovered behind-the-scenes footage that each crew was on the rocket during their respective launch. They went up in front of witnesses, splashed down in front of witnesses, yet the evidence recently uncovered proves that they never left Earth orbit. Apollo 11 was supposed to be the greatest event in human history, yet there were only three (government employee) witnesses and, for the first time ever, no independent press coverage of such an historical event. With Cold War tensions running high, those who knew the truth went along with the deception to fool the Soviets that we had technological superiority. In 1957 Time Magazine had on its cover "The Smartest Man in America" (the latest winner of the most ...

  • The point about conspiracy theories is that's all they are, theories. Anyone can start one and there is always someone who will believe it.

Thaink of the amount of people who would have to be involved to set up a fake and to keep it secret, how would you be able to keep all those people quiet for all these years?

Bart Sibrel is a loser and a hoaxtard. A sad guy in need for a faith called moonhoax.

Asking Neil Armstrong for an oath on the bible is a huge insult.

  • The USSR never again attempted to send men into or above the Van Allen Belt. If man could not survive the extreme radiation of the Van Allen Belt how could they put a man on the Moon? The Soviet Union scrapped their Man On The Moon program.

  • Where were the moon hoax conspiracy theorists before 1978 when Capricorn One came out? They saw 9 missions go to the moon over 3.5 years and said nothing. The Soviets said nothing. Neither did UK, France, China or other nations with the capacity to know. Sibrel is not even qualified as a "filmmaker" to articulate his "parallel shadows" theory, much less any of his other theories. He is nothing more than an opportunist catering to non-scientific thinkers. He's a sad, pathetic, misled soul.

  • @stalkervision Too true...alas, way too true.

  • @stalkervision My AS degree was just a tidbit about my background...nothing else. Obviously, we can't control what other people do, and I have seen BOTH sides use tactics I find reprehesible. But, in reality, they are the minority in this world. U-Tube is just a safe haven for them to vent, fume and strut without any real repercussions. I try to stay away from name calling as much as possible, but sometimes I can't help myself (see Moonfaker, Exhibit D Part 2 comments). Anyway, seek truth

  • @stalkervision Wow, why so paranoid, chum? I am not your enemy. I am who I am. This is my first and only U-Tube account. I only have a 2-year Associate in Science degree, but I have 29*+ years experience as a Physical Science Tech, where I measure and record radiation levels (among a myriad of other things involving radiological controls) on a routine basis. I'm a huge Seahawks fan (season ticket holder). I know that the government conceals some things, but I also recognize good science.

  • @stalkervision Thousands - just saying it's possible to have that many involved with some knowledge. Look at the credits for any special effects laden movie. Even that list doesn't include all their peripheral ddealings and associates required to do their jobs. As far as the Manhatten Project - what's your point?

  • @stalkervision (part 2) The amount of people required to pull off a hoax would still be in the hundreds, if not thousands. Aside from the actors, directors, propmen, engineers, script writers, consultants, cameramen, film developers, set designers and management involved, it would have taken a small army to clear and prepare the ground to look like the moon's surface. Surely someone would talk somewhere along the line. But then, they only "talk" when it supports your position (i.e., Roswell)

  • @stalkervision (Part 1) Compartmentalization - the building blocks of success for every large corporation. That is just the most efficient way for any organization to perform very complex feats. Microsoft, Intel, BMW, Panasonic, McDonalds, Nike, etc. (ad nauseum) do this. Nothing really sinister there. The Manhatten Project was no hoax and practically everyone that DID have a part in it realized their contribution after the project was revealed. (see part 2)

  • @dopje 31857 who said it was kept a secrete they were being called lies as they were broadcasting it live.

  • @johnsenkenn you mean any honest, uneducated, and beer swilling average american? The public education system today is turning out people that can't understand how things like going to the moon is possible, hell the idiots can barely tie their own shoes. That is the real problem in all of this, the willfully ignorant american public has a less than basic understanding of any science. I think they, the public, believes that most things function by the power of "magic".
