Pirates of the Caribbean - The Ride Before the Movie 1

i love this ride!!! whenever me and my family go to disney land this is the first and last ride we go on!!! last time i went to disney land was when i was 8 so i dont really remember much. now im 13. i heard they did construction and its not that great... :'( i hope there wrong tho!!! anyway thanks for posting! :D

Last time I went on this ride, I remember at the beginning that you see this ship far away in the water in the night through a hole in the cave with the wind blowing with a big moon. I never seem to see that in any of this videos. Is it still there? It set a great mood for the ride.

I miss the old ride!!! I really hate the new additions!!! As much as I love, love, LOVE the movies... they just aren't supposed to be a part of the ride!! They're separate!! Thanks for posting this!!

There are things I like about the old one and the new one. I like the skull at the beginning, talking about the waters ahead, but Davy Jones is soo friggen cool too. And the animatronics needed the little extra boost on technology. They now are speaking more accurately with the sound..lol

i hate the new one. the old one was a classic. you just don't mess with classics.

I agree. Marketing killed the believability of the ride by adding the movie stuff. I prefer the older version of Pirates that I grew up with, and hence why I like this video so much!
