Scenario Development, Planning and collaborative Decision Support Systems

Planning is the innovative part of the decision-making process, as it aims at initiating, developing and analysing the possible courses of action. Planning should consider a variety of complex social, ecological, economic and cultural processes, and this requires proper tools, methods and procedures that integrate major processes in a planning support system.
ITC (University of Twente) is offering this course to learn about spatial scenario development through spatial planning support systems and collaborative analysis and decision making regarding scenarios.
