Ukraine hasn't entered the European Union yet, but recently the European Union has entered the Ukraine.
That's because Kyiv citizens are celebrating Europe Day. Here's more from our correspondents.
STORY:
The capital of Ukraine turns all eyes to Europe for a day. A camp of tents appears in the city center called "Europe."
Visitors who visit the camp can learn about different European countries, buy souvenirs and even get a taste various national Europen cuisine.
Europe Day was first celebrated 50 years ago in France and has now spread to many other countries.
The Minister Counselor of the Lithuanian Embassy talks about the benefits Lithuania has received after entering the European Union.

"In Lithuania some people hesitated, but when it became possible for them to use funds, all their hesitation disappeared.
Now our farmers and other people all know that we did the right thing."
The Polish Ambassador in Ukraine says that the main reason for the fast development in Poland was because it broke away from its past ideology.
[Jacek Klyuchkovsky, Ambassador of Poland]: (male, Ukrainian language):
"Our Constitution prohibits propaganda of the communist idols, communist terror, communist regime, and any party which supports such ideology is prohibited."
The Foreign Minister of Ukraine thinks that Ukraine would receive many benefits by entering the European Union.

"The European Union gives us the possibility to abandon all the unneeded and negative things which followed us from the soviet times.
And in the nearest future, I hope, Ukraine will be in one union together with other European countries."
On Europe Day, Ukrainians at least for a while could imagine what it would be like to be part of the European Union.
