This sim of mine had FOOD POISONING and got really sick, the game is really life like in every way almost. He just got like the flu. If they don't have a bathroom , that will not stop them from even vomiting on the floor lol. But, you can make them feel better (just throw away all the old food in the house or this will happen)

It's rare and i wouldn't recommend it. LoL!!! he got food poisioning, And when he get's sick if you don't put him to bed to "rest" keep him busy. He'll keep running to the toilet, and it does turn puke green (my video just wasn't clear because i hadn't figured it out until now.) but yeah, he's wasn't feel all that chippy that day
