This is the "boys' version", Roar of the Beast. In the "girls' version" you play as Belle in Belle's Quest.

The bonus stage in the beginning may seem to be sloppy, but it takes less time to "collect" petals only to refill energy (four mirrors).

Wow... when was this game made again? I personally love several of the old Disney games like Jungle Book, Pocahontas, and Lion King but... the game mechanics on this one suck. O.O;
