everytime i press "send you an activation email" it says error! (i have Java) it wont send me an activation email and it says error 7

When I try to register, it says my email address has already been used and that it would send me a verification to be sure it was my email address but it won't send me one. I have even tried some of my family's email addresses!!! What do I do?
