Chairman has giant anime eyes!

Because of his disorder, Chairman has giant cartoony eyes that are nearly always dilated. They don't respond to light well, but his eyesight is about 80%. Unless it's dark, in which case he tends to smack into stuff more.
This was taken during daylight hours, his eyes are pretty much always like that. Last Saturday in the afternoon.

Chairman has Feline Cerebellar Hypoplasia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cerebellar_hypoplasia_(non-human)

  • @TerryWilsonCom Thank-you for your kind words!

  • Years ago I adopted a kitten who's back legs were unusable. Yes, she ran around on her front paws (like a wheelbarrow) with her butt in the air. The vet recognized her condition, which was congenital, and said very few cats like her survived kittenhood.

She lived for over sixteen years and found ways to enchant me almost every day.

I believe there is a special place in heaven for creatures like this.

  • @TerryWilsonCom We have a couple of these mats around for him. He actually gets around pretty well on the wood floor :)

  • The Chaiman is adorable, but he deserves a larger carpet.

    Bless you!

    Terry
