June 20th -- Fazliddin Yakubov (fahz-lih-DEEN' YAH'-koo-bahv) and his son stop for gas at this service-station in Cleveland -- -- there's some kind of verbal altercation. Yakubov seems to brush something from his hair -- and then -- he's shot three times. They also say Yukubov -- who is from Uzbekistan -- may been targeted for reciting a Muslim prayer while at the station.
