Bro, high profiled celebrities in the first row means high prestige. And thats what it is all about. The Management couldn care less if they make 10-15k more a night if the whole damn Staples center is sold out three nights a week.
People prefer to see famous actors and singers on sports events rather then some rich fat pigs eating them cheeseburgers and shit.

@Ahmet1445 are you sure? I don't find it to make sense that they would just give away some of the most valuable seats. I do think that they let the celebrities pay at face value, but I doubt they give them for free.

@redneckgurl5677 For fuck sake, Nicholson' is the longest year-to-year seat owner in Staples, he's been with Lakers longer than almost anyone! He's sitting in the one fucking place every game since 1970 - longer than you live.
