The nationally-known New Trier High
School is "a big school made small," says Mary Ellen Stalzer as we chat about the perception that outsiders have of New Trier.
Stalzer, a Coldwell Banker real estate agent, was hosting an open house at 471 Hawthorn Ln in Winnetka and broke out a few minutes to talk about Winnetka schools and other subjects.

New Trier is awesome, I went there but because of bad choices I felt (they did NOT kick me out) that this school is absolutely set up very well and anyone who doesn't believe its an excellence school just just dead wrong. The really work around the needs of the students to excel and I wish I took advantage of there great offers.

Love New Trier.....Too bad many kids don't have the opportunity to go there.
