Comparison: NYX Jumbo Milk Pencil & Eyeshadow Base + Tutorial

I am comparing the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk to the NYX Eyshadow Base in Nude. While doing this I am doing a quick look using the ELF duo shadow in Olive.

I felt like the blending was SO much better and the colors were truer. I loved the look on that side...hahaha.

i always find the jumbo pencils to crease, i must be too heavy handed hun, i know this is a comparison video but i just wanted to say that this is a really pretty look, good job xxx

If you don't use a primer, try that and go lightly. :)

I loved the look using the pencil. I am definitely going to recreate it when both eyes match, lol. Thank you for the compliment. :)

I don't even use the base anymore! I always use the milk pencil, lol. I did find a good use for the base. When I have a blemish that won't quite stay hidden under my foundation, I add just a tough of the base and it hides it pretty well. Guess you could say I turned it into a concealer of sorts, haha.

I really thought so too. I feel like all the "looks" that I have did using the base were kind of wasted...lol. I keep wondering how good they might have looked using the pencil...lol.
