Researchers from the independent Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life phoned more than 3,400 Americans and asked them 32 questions about the Bible, Christianity and other world religions, famous religious figures and the constitutional principles governing religion in public life.

Many says that they are Christians,

so people there are Christians and there are true Christians,

Of course, atheists are mostly educated, intelligent and curious. Christians and the religious are mostly stupid, of low intelligence, inadequate, and easily fooled. Christian = moron, easily influenced, believer in anything that itches the ear. . .

The reason why so many people are religious is because they are too dumb to think for themselves. They're scared that they'll be outcasts if they don't go through the motions. They figure that since they started "believing" at birth because their parents indoctrinated them why stop now? It's convenient to submit to what's popular.

i really don't think this comes as a surprise to atheists. since we are constantly challenged about our lack of belief. and the burden of proof is put on is. a majority of atheists do learn about religion. all religions.

meanwhile the faithful don't even bother to learn about their own.
