  • what about the children with there bikes?

  • @mofunzonecom Sorry about that, there was only so much I could do in flight simulator 2004.

  • No name calling please folks, I don't want to have to turn off comments.

    Thanks.

  • Have u ever noticed after landing of flight 143 there was a nosegear failure? Cause the plane's nose was scraping down the runway.

  • @CRM09ify well noticed, I couldn't find a way to collapse the nose gear only in fs2004. Did you notice the missing pilots also?

  • BTW Air Canada 143 took off form Ottawa not Montreal on that day. but u r right about 1 thing. the flight originated from Montreal.

  • Now that´s a true hero!

  • Great video, especially only using FS2004. The ATC conversation and cockpit recordings are well derived from actual as well. Loved that you had the "Holy Cow!" part from the ATC. Fair play getting the plane to slip as you did. I only have a keyboard and mouse, so when ever i try it, i stall lol! In all a great video and accurate compared to facts of the facts! (Of course some things you could not replicate, but still the story is 100%) Thanks!

  • @TheSimCaptain i think you can do as a failure of front gear in fs2004

  • 2:24 Holy cow

  • a) B767 was the first Boeing with its weight & Ballance were based on KG. all W&B Boeings in the past were were based on pound

b)the fueling company refueled this plane with pounds in mind and the crew were reading in KG

    c) The copilot was an ex air force pilot and new that Gimli was the closest airport

    d) this aircraft was equiped with a propeller which was extended from under the belly and provided enough power for cockpit

    e) there was nothing wrong with nose wheel. It collapsed aft ladg
