- 'Spreading the word' is not an effective method of enforcement.
- When only a tiny minority doesn't have children, the eugenic effect is minimal.
- KingRadBadical1988's 'Passive Eugenics' therefore don't seem worth the trouble to me.

The problem with eugenics is that the objective is achieved long into the future. So even if we all decide to be eugenicists, our children might decide otherwise. And in all likelyhood, that's exactly what would happen.
