@anajoy1 I'm sure you are very good at these dear :) All kudos for the Nigerian meals go to my sweet Mum <3 She started showing me how to cook Naija food when I was very very young and I cooked my first unsupervised meal at about 12. I paid people to teach me the basics of Nigerian snacks and some of my friends have helped me perfect some of them. I also watch when people prepare these meals so that I can pick up more tips and tricks to add to what I know :)

ooh and also your way actually makes sense this wayy it can stay in the fridge longer and not sogg or soak up (EWW i hate tht) if there is cream and sauce all over it .. got it got it lol.. keep the videos coming!!! =))
