Harris' appeal to logic trespasses on ontological ground; that is the realm of the divine -how we know what we know.

The moment one asserts that reality includes intangible things that can not be perceived in any known manner; that those things absolutely exist simply because one believes in them (and even further, the knowledge of the very thoughts and desires of those intangible things)...
at that point you have left the door wide open for absolutely any nonsense to also be asserted with equal validity. That's irrational. It reduces the very core of your understanding of the universe to a mere hunch.
