Everyone saying Overeem takes steroids, look at this video of him from 2007 when he's 224 lbs and saying he's having problems with cutting down. Almost three years later he came in at 253 lbs against Rogers. That's only 10 pounds per year.

He was cutting to 205. He was walking around at atleast 225 to begin with.

And I don't exactly disagree with you about the roids but he did NOT put on 50 pounds. He put on about 20-25 and about 5-10 pounds of fat.

@reallycoolguy121 Overeem has just passed 3 different tests two of which were unnecessary just to test for UFC141 this man does not do steroids... anyone who does that kind of cross training would develop that physic.

@tuntitommosille Very true! Every athlete that has been big has been blamed for using steroids. When you eat 5-6 times a day and train 3-4 times a day, you ARE going to get big. Plus, his diet of probably 10,000 Calories a day will definitely make a difference in his appearance.

Gaining that kind of muscle is totally possible, I did it personally when I played college football. I went into my freshman year @ 245pound and 3 years later I was 270 of solid muscle. NO ROIDs. I was still a kid growing into a man. Same thing with overeem, YOu guy have to take into account that this guy was still growing and he has a tall frame, alot of room for natural growth.

man if you guys would listen to the vid he says he couldnt lift all those years because he would be too heavy an then the cut became to much anyways so he jus moved to hw he ALWAYS couldve been 240 250 but couldnt because he was in the lhw div i dont get it anthony johnsons cuts to 170 when he is 225lbs i find ridiculous says to me your a fucking puss an then alistair moves up to his natural weight class an hes auto on roids haha some pple most pple are jus fucking retarted
