What an odd drop! You think the track had it's drop when you first hear the grimy bass sound - but all the BASS of the bass line is filtered out so it sounds like the bass is playing through a telephone... and then without any dramatic pause the drum beat rolls into the next bar and the deep bass comes in. No warning - just rigerigerigeBRUMBGEBRUMBGE! And yes, that's the correct way to spell that bassline.
