Helping Those Who Bring the Goods to You - Flying Angel Vancouver Mission to Seafarers

A brief history of the Mission to Seafarers with a focus on the Flying Angle based in Vancouver. Outlining the birth of the mission and its work to ensure seafarers have an opportunity to access faith and the comforts of home while abroad. Many of the sailors who deliver all the luxuries of the modern world rick their lives for very little pay each time the step aboard their vessel and set sail. At Flying Angles, we hope to provide these forgotten members of our global community with some comfort of their own while in foreign ports around the world. It also an effort to educate, so that when people look at all the goods they use, buy and throw away on a daily basis that they have a bit more awareness for those who sacrifice so much for so little to bring it to them so that they could enjoy.
