@lorodz i think.... that this is an anterior view of the heart - as if you are standing in front of a person, and looking at their heart.

It's pretty standard in anatomy to depict structures in this 'left is right' way. As most anatomy (autotopsies etc.) is done on other people, they're just drawing it as they see it.

you're right, in that deoxygenated blood is pumped in the right atrium, and out of the right ventricle. But this is what the video depicts

nice video....but the content is wrong! to the uploader or would be reader, UNoxygenated blood goes into the right side of the heart and is pushed to the lungs to get oxgenated, and travels to the left side of the heart (it is now oxygenated) and is pumped to the systemic circulation for all the air and nutrient hungry cells.

your right! she forgot about the fact that the models are reversed when shown. We are all human though so mistakes happen

did she say that oxygen rich blood leaves lung and enters right side of heart? It enters the left side of the heart.
