Only downside is the range of motion on dips.

@SkizzyMcfrazzlepop It's a good product. I'm 213 lbs, and the door jam didn't even creak doing pull ups. Push ups were fine. The r.o.m. of the dips is pitiful, but if you elevate the bar on a sturdy bench or support, you can get a better r.o.m.

i was in the T.A. for just over a year and i did a hell load of exercise and it was extremely tough and when i left i brought this off ebay and i must say this is a very cheap and easy way to keep fit and toned well worth buying :) only thing is make sure you keep at it

Is it okay not to use the washer? Because my washer is not in full circle, it has some gap and in a different direction

This looks like a nice little compact product but I'm sorry the range of motion on the dips makes me wonder why they'd try to include that in the advertisement.
