You know, the population doesn't really mean anything. Many big cities are notorious for being overcrowded. The living condition is usually really bad.
This is the reason that I really don't care for the population rankings.
What's the point of living in a big, but bad, city?

No, wrong! Mexico City is very different from much of the rest of Latin America. The fact that you compare them to me shows that you have never lived in either places. So I guess the ignorant person is you for speaking out on an area you seem to have no knowledge on.
