@ginamaria33 i don't know if this is the layout that was burnt out,however if it's not your friend could make some money if he could transport this whole layout to another space,he could,sell tickets.they Don't have layouts like this at the so-called train shows,and they make money.

Run 214- April/May 2006- O gauge Railroading "The Third Times a Charm- Frank Battaglia's Scale 3-Rail Layout". His 2nd layout and collection was in flames- then he built this one. One of the best issues YET!!!!

Yes! That was him. The fire in his last house destroyed most of the layout and they showed before and after images. He showed m the article when we were there.

Thanks! I guess there is a DVD tour of his layout, but I'm not sure where to find it. I will try to find out more...

Thanks! Kid is mine, but I can't take credit for the trains :) They belong to a friend. We hope to visit there again soon and post more video. The two I have posted don't even cover the entire set up. There is a downtown city-scape that I need to re-shoot.
