Sifu Dorothy, from taichibozeman.com/rawfoodblog, shows how to make a Strawberry Blueberry Chia Jam:
7 strawberries
a handful of blueberries
a tsp. of raw honey
1 Tablespoon chia seeds soaked in water for 10 minutes
Blend all.

She also shows us tai chi temple exercise to let go of feelings of sadness and mourning. Dorothy is a teacher in the Yang Style tai chi chu'an.
