Poison Inc.: Bhopal victims blast US as toxic tragedy takes toll

The Indian government's admitted it was wrong to secretly dump toxic waste as part of its efforts to deal with the Bhopal disaster. Officials are also promising transparency in future clean-up operations. Thousands were killed when gas leaked from an American factory in India in the mid eighties - in what remains the world's worst industrial disaster.

@dgnsage No body is forcing the Chemical factory to have a plant in India.It is the Chemical company fault not to have safety regulation.The people living around the area do not know about the Chemical company.They assume that the Chemical company is honest and safe.Just like the rental car company.BTW..Is China responsible for the poison in the dog food in the US.

Good Luck of getting compensation from Dow. Those bastards are the ones who dropped millions of gallons of Agent Orange on Vietnamese and US troops. They paid out a tiny amount, just enough for the lawyers to cover their inflated tab. Dow is not a US company. They are an offshore company, with offices all over the planet.
