The title's wrong. This is actually the opening to Dead or Alive Ultimate, not DOA2.

Raidou raped Ayame and Ayane was born every1 hates Ayane and ever since she found out she's Hayate and Kasumi's sister she hates her. Kasumi left the village to avenge Hayate when she found out Raidou is in the Doa tornament and joins. But was considered a traitor for doing that so Ayane is ordered to kill her. Hayate and Ayane enter the tourney and the rest is history. This is showing the beginning of what happaned and shows y Ayane hates Kasumi.

Yeah that's how Ayane was born she's hated becuz of that and is bitter she hates Kasumi cos she's liked more. And since the order to kill her was carried out she goes after her but she's mellowed since after Doa2.
