I think all Grown Up ruined the series, If I remember correctly it actually got cancelled and they tried to save everything with new baby episodes but the magic was gone.

I never liked Kimi in Rugrats, but I liked her in All Grown Up. I think Dil was awesome. But Phil and Lil were my favorite in both series.
