Turn down the res on fraps, it really doesn't matter when it come to youtube with the res. You'll speed up if you turn it down (captain obvious award :P )

How do you set the camera into free mode?

A word of advice, if you set fraps to half res while recording you should get decent fps.

I can't tell whos who, and it would also help if you didn't zoom so close to the soldiers, who look ugly because you turned down the graphics

Thx for the reply, FRAPs made me turn it down, I can good Framerate with high textures but with FRAPS I have to turn them down cause it wouldnt even be watchable and my rig isnt the best :p
