Wow that's an immature opinion, guess all you want is killing and fucking? She's a great character who gets pulled into this world she doesn't really fit in and is forced to adjust. I don't get why she gets the same hate as Skyler in BB, who indeed holds Walt back

I liked Margaret better in season one as well, but wanting her to remain powerless and meek seems like a sexist attitude to me. Absolutely everyone in BE abuses power at some point (Margaret much less than most) so why does she get hate when cold-blooded murderers (who are men) and master manipulators (who are also men) are cheered as badasses?

As for sleeping with Slater, I saw that as an attraction which Margaret wanted to satisfy and then move on from, which she apparently did.

@inkym4 Margaret has really evolved into a different woman. She sees the kind of power that comes with being a gangster/politicians wife and in season 2 she really abuses it. It's not clear why she cheated on him, I would think she did just because she can. She really became stuck up. I liked her character better in season 1.

Why is Margaret a whore for cheating on Nucky once, when Nucky has hardly reserved his affections exclusively to her? I don't think that what she did was right, but she is still miles ahead of most other characters in the show as far as having a moral leg to stand on goes-- especially having, you know, never murdered anyone.

I didn't mind her until she cheated. Now the blunt object thing sounds good. They should try to keep at least ONE character with their moral integrity intact and I thought Margaret was that one. I guess I was wrong.
