  • If only all disabled people could be like these guys...

  • I have met Mark at Walmart. He is a very nice man. I have watched him at Walmart talking to a family with a child who also has down's syndrome. I saw another little boy run up to Mark in Walmart and give him a big hug. Thank you Mark for being who you are.

  • Why do they love exercise?

  • My friend who I knew since 1st grade has Down Syndrome

  • @RaymondLikesMen That's why they're called people with special needs.

  • @MrChannel5news

...and as it so happens I know many of those, too.

Realise that, as with all intelligence distributions through all populations of every disorder, race, etc, just as with the human species, is on a Guassian curve. Hence with Down's syndrome people, it is possibly for a minority of them, about 5%, to have average and above average IQs (as it so happens I know one who is a lawyer and the other who is research assistant, both got 1st class Honours degrees from good British Universities.) True, the other 95% are grossly retarded.
