@greggydms no one ever said you have to do one or the other. The garment helps your lifestyle change. And since I lost weight from wearing the garment, I think I would know better than you. Sure people make money selling reshaping garments, girdles, (Spanx) and anything else that someone is willing to pay for. BTW, if people want to hide their fat, so be it.

the only way you gonna lose weight is if you eat less and excercise more. however, the body magic does hold in your stomach and it enhances your shape. as far as losing pounds though, sorry but that's a lie.
