  • Classic rock suits you like a long lost glove, Mr. Stevens. Phenomenal personal re-creation of an already flawless song.

  • seriously, i think it´s even better than the original!! sufjan is the best

  • so, who else here enjoys drinking Activia, drinkable probiotic yogourt? cause i sure do, and hey, its great for your digestive tract i hear!!!!!

  • @MrAdamginger ehh, you arent all wrong, he usually has people perform with him at concerts, if i'm not wrong theyre called the Illinoisemakers.

  • @quagmisterx haha im sorry

  • @MrAdamginger it'ss Sufjan Stevens is not a band but a person, and it's "heard" not "herd"

  • this definetly looks like its in the french quarter in New Orleans even a street sign in the begininng of the video says french quarter on the top of it.

  • That moment at 2:58...'when innocence dies...' is well done...very sad, but well done.

  • one of the best Dylan covers ever!!!

  • People fail to recognize that covers aren't meant to be better than the original composition, but only as an interpretation and for fun. Sufjan didn't say he was trying to sing it better than Dylan.

  • I don't understand why people think this is a bad cover. Is a cover not just taking a piece of art that you obviously enjoy and have respect for and adding to it; making it applicable and relevant to someone else. Sufjan has taken a beautiful song and offered it to the new generation in a new perspective and genre.

How amazing. It's not like he NEEDS new material to add to his failing career. Its completely about the art. Its just different from Dylan's.

    Why don't people understand that?
