Jim & Trevor Derochea appear in an episode (#5) of NESN's "Stories from Red Sox Nation in October, 2005 after a letter Jim wrote to Sox Chairman, Tom
Werner was forwarded to both NESN and the New York Post. (NY Post article
ran in March, 2005). In the clip, Jim reads snippets from his letter,
thanking Werner and the Red Sox for "bridging the gap" between grandparents,
parents and especially their kids, by finally breaking the curse and winning
a World Series in 2004 after 86 futile seasons.
