  • higher on the toe, don't drop your hands, and more hip

  • Nice one,

    Toes, I agree with.

    Hip, I agree with.

But Hands? Im not so sure, the motion, (I think) is intended to pull the oponents head down while bringing the knee up. I could be wrong??

  • ish! ish! ish!

  • just remember when you knee to spring up with your foot so you get that extra elevation and keep your toes pointing down

  • Its even scarier because all those knees are at nut level

  • Some believe that washing your hands before you knee is a good idea. Also, rubbing a little vaseline behind your ears allows you to throw knee strikes faster - you can even sharpen your kneecaps...watch out blue bag!

  • Imagine pulling the opponent across your knee, try and keep at least one hand as a cover for your face. If not you will suffer from a punch to the face. Its an easy copunter if the target is open.

  • also keep the arm opposite of the knee up when you throw the knee, and swing the arm same side of the knee back to help you swing the hips.

  • lean back when you're throwing the knees, with your face forward that way it is easy to eat a counter punch. the punch comes faster than the kick/knee

  • If you say so mate.
